You agree to be bound by this Agreement, and to use the Site in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rulings and regulations, and in a manner that does not negatively reflect on the goodwill or reputation of Travelguzs and its Providers.

Additional terms, including Travel Services Terms and Conditions may apply when you Book Products or Services, or when you participate in other promotions. For example, airlines have contracts of carriage, hotels have cancellation policies, and promotions are subject to rules. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of imposed by any Provider, including payment of all amounts when due, and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding the availability of products or services.

Responsible party

Third Parties
If you use this Site to Book for or on behalf of a third-party ("Third-party"), such as a family member or a traveling companion, you are responsible for any error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use; including, but not limited to, the billing address and phone number of the credit card holder. These should match what is on file with their financial institution. In addition, you must inform the Third-party of this Agreement including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto. Each Member using this Site for or on behalf of a Third-party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TravelGuzs from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits and claims (including the costs of defense), relating to the Third-party's or the Member’s failure to fulfill any of its obligations as described above. You are directly responsible for any Booking submitted including for total charges and performance obligations.
Other Limitations
The Content and information on this Site (including but not limited to, price and availability of travel services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such Content and information is proprietary to us or our Providers. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services Booked through this Site, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, Products and Services obtained from or through this Site.
Unless otherwise provided within this Agreement, or unless specific applicable law requires Travelguzs to allow you to do so, you may not do any of the following without the prior written consent of TravelGuzs:
If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, TravelGuzs may cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address or account, and close any associated TravelGuzs accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, TravelGuzs reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to TravelGuzs, including, but limited to, any attorney fees, litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact TravelGuzs Customer Service.
Member ID and Password
Access to certain areas of the Site is only available to registered Members. To become a registered Member, you are required to answer a limited number of mandatory questions. You represent and warrant that all information you supply to us about yourself and others, including email addresses, is true, valid and accurate, and that you have the right to supply us with such information.
Termination
TravelGuzs, in its sole discretion, may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our Site, even if access continues to be allowed to others. Upon such termination or suspension, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site, and destroy any copy you have made of any portion of the Site. Accessing the Site after such termination, suspension, or discontinuation shall constitute an act of trespass. TravelGuzs shall not be responsible to you to such suspension or termination.
Changes
Any aspect of the Site may be changed, supplemented, deleted, updated, discontinued, suspended, or modified at any time, and without prior notice to you. Additional terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel Providers may change their prices without notice. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion. Some hotel Providers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your stay. Such deposit is unrelated to any payment received by TravelGuzs for your hotel Booking. You acknowledge that some Providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such Provider’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
Availability
We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our Site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and system outages. We cannot promise that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or available at all times. We assume no liability or responsibility for any delay, interruption, or downtime.

TravelGuzs has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. Passport and Visa: You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
Health: Recommended inoculations for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risks than others. Any software that is made available to download from this Site ("Software") or through your mobile application store, including the TravelGuzs mobile application (the "Mobile App") is the copyrighted work of the TravelGuzs and/or our respective Providers. Your use of such Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies, or is included with, the Software ("License Agreement"). You may not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement unless you first agree to the License Agreement terms. TravelGuzs may charge a fee for the service it provides when you book or reserve travel services, or accommodations through the Site. Any such service fee is non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out of your use of the Products and Services available from the Site.
There wil be a $25 admin fee in addition to any fare difference and penalty charges by the carrier.
Some banks and credit cards impose fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking from outside of the United States on a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. This means the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and therefore a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for a reservation booked on the Site. If, despite the limitation above, TravelGuzs or a Provider is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the occurrences described in the limitation above, then TravelGuzs and the Providers' liability will in no event exceed, in total, the sum of US$250.00. Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and forever hold harmless TravelGuzs and any Provider, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, in excess of the liability described above, in any action filed or commenced by any third party against TravelGuzs as a result of (1) your breach of this Agreement or the documents made part of this Agreement by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or (3) your use of our Site.
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Booking imposed by any Provider with whom you elect to deal. A Provider that is an air carrier is required to make available to the public the terms of its contract of carriage, and it is your responsibility to review and accept fare rules for all air carrier tickets before Booking.
The circumvention of an air carrier's rules, including practices such as back-to-back ticketing (booking two or more tickets with overlapping travel dates in order to circumvent minimum stay requirements) and hidden-city ticketing (Booking tickets including segments which the booker does not intend to use in order to circumvent an air carrier's pricing structure), is prohibited by many air carriers. The use of prohibited ticketing practices may result in the air carrier taking actions including the cancellation of the ticket, denied boarding, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, additional charges to the Booker's credit card, additional charges collected at the airport, or future invoicing.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Bookings abide by the terms and conditions of Bookings imposed by any Provider with whom you elect to deal, including terms and conditions of booking set forth in an air carrier's fare rules or contract of carriage.
Neither TravelGuzs nor the FAA, nor any provider of air traffic data makes any promises or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of any delay or other air traffic management information on this site, and TravelGuzs expressly disclaims liability for any errors and omissions.
The laws of the State of Texas (USA), without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to tis Agreement. If you take any legal action relating to your use of our Site or this Agreement, you agree to file such action only in the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas (USA). In any such action or any action we may initiate, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the action, including but not limited to costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorneys' fees.
Your acceptance of this Agreement, and your use of the Site do not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with us. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement. If a court finds any part of this Agreement to be unenforceable or invalid, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the other parts will remain valid and enforceable. The headings in this Agreement are for your convenience and reference; they do not limit or affect this Agreement. This Agreement, together with those items made a part of this Agreement by reference, make up the entire agreement between Travelguzs and you relating to your use of our Site, and replaces any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding your use of our Site.
This Agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitutes the entire agreement between you and TravelGuzs with respect to this Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and TravelGuzs with respect to this Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Prior Terms and Conditions
This Agreement supersede any prior TravelGuzs agreement relating to the use of the Site. Unless specifically provided, they do not supersede the additional terms for carriage, awards, attractions provided elsewhere in this Site of from Providers.
Modifications
We may modify, revise or update this Agreement and/'or the Privacy Policy, at any time, by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Agreement, because they are binding on you. Your continued use of our Site, following the posting of conspicuous notice of any modification, will be subject to the Agreement in effect at the time of your use. Written documents
