Pre-Booking

  1. Do children stay for free?

    Different hotels have different pricing policies for children. While selecting the hotel, select the no. of adults and children from our drop down and the appropriate pricing will be shown to you.
  2. What if I need a specific room type or some special requests to be catered to?

    E-mail us with your special requests to support@hotelwanderer.com . We will try our best to get you what you asked for from the hotel. However, the request fulfillment will be subject to individual hotel policies

Post Booking

  1. How to know if my booking was successful?

    We will be sending a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail id with all the relevant details of your hotel booking.
  2. What is the check-in time of the hotel?

    It varies from hotel to hotel and should be mentioned in your reservation e-mail. On average most hotels have a standard check-in time of 2 PM
  3. What about early and late check-in requests?

    Please e-mail us with all the details at support@hotelwanderer.com and we will try our best to accommodate your requests by contacting the hotel.
