Earning TG Rewards
Points will be earned and credited to the Member’s account, only if bookings are made through TravelGuzs.com.
Points will be earned and credited to the Member’s account after travel completion of each transaction pursuant to the terms in the About TG Rewards section of the website.
The Member will earn 100% of the value of the transaction towards TG Rewards for the member’s travel only and 20% of the value of the transaction on any other bookings (family, friends, etc.). If the individual for whom the Member wishes to transfer the value to his or her own new or existing account for 100% of the value, he or she may do so. However, that individual must contact TravelGuzs and request the transfer within 30 days of the date of the original booking. After 30 days, no transfer will be allowed.
Subject to the exception above, TG Rewards are non-transferable.
TravelGuzs has the right to monitor all TG Rewards account activity. If a Member’s TG Rewards account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, TravelGuzs may, at its sole discretion, close or freeze that account immediately, and TG Rewards may be forfeited.
The Member can include a maximum of 6 passengers in one transaction to earn TG Rewards.
TG Rewards accumulation and redemption activity can be accessed and under the My Itineraries - My Account-TG Rewards page of the website.
TG Rewards begin accumulating upon the completion of the Member’s first transaction.
The Member can make reservations for Air, Car and hotel reservation to earn TG Rewards.
When a Member books flights, cars and hotels on Travelguzs.com, loyalty and reward programs associated with that Provider (i.e. frequent flier programs, etc.) will not be linked or associated with Travelguzs.com.
